- Sales shall be concluded in English only and these terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
- This website is operated from the UK. We exclude all representations and warranties that products we offer comply with any legal or regulatory requirements of other countries and if you choose to make purchases from other countries you do so at your own risk and on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
- Delivery of the website depends upon external networks (the Internet) and other factors over which we have no control. So far as is legally possible we accept no liability for any loss or damage arising as a result of problems with accessing the website.
- We take care to ensure that product information at our site is accurate but we shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of this website or any of the information contained in this website.
- To the extent lawfully permitted we disclaim any and all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, in relation to products.
- To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, neither Golden Boots Limited nor any of its directors, employees, affiliates or other representatives will be liable for any loss or damage in connection with this sale including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss or damage, loss of data, income, profit or opportunity, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such loss or damages and/or such loss or damage were reasonably foreseeable.
In no event will our total liability to you for all damages, losses and claims (whether in contract, tort (including, but not limited to, negligence), or otherwise) exceed the amount paid by you for the products. - The above exclusions and limitations of liability shall not apply in respect of liability in negligence for death or personal injury.
- Delivery costs vary according to the products being ordered, the delivery address and any carriage options. The checkout page will show the costs for delivering your order.
- The website collects details of your order and authorizes that funds are available for the card transaction. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. Execution of these terms and our acceptance of your order occurs upon despatch of the products and until then we may refuse any order without giving a reason. Similarly you are not constrained by these terms before despatch and you may cancel any order before despatch. We will notify you of despatch by e-mail to the address you provided.
- You can cancel any part of your order within 10 days of delivery provided that the products to be returned reach us in their original condition and the seal has not been broken on any computer software. Please return goods promptly for a swift refund.
- You are responsible for the products until they reach our warehouse and for the delivery costs of returning goods. If goods are not returned within 28 days we will collect them and charge the cost to you which could be as much as £100.
- For computer software delivered by download you can cancel within 10 days of delivery. You will then be asked to send us a Letter of Destruction to confirm that you have removed the software from your computer systems.
