Software.co.uk aims to provide you with a customer friendly shipping process, designed to ensure fast and efficient delivery. A guaranteed next working day service is available on some products. These terms apply to this service and do not affect your statutory rights.

Cost

A fee of £5 applies to all orders fulfilled on the guaranteed next working day service.

Availability

Certain products have guaranteed next working day service available. Orders need to be placed and paid for by 19:30. The delivery address needs to be on the UK mainland, parts of the Scottish Highlands are excluded (see below for a full postcode exclusion list). Regional holidays may cause nationwide delays.

How to choose this service

If the product is available with guaranteed next working day service, the system will automatically select this option on the checkout page, while our free economy delivery is also available.

Tracking your Order

Our system allows you to track the progress of your order in real time. Click the link in your order confirmation email to open your invoice page with the order status. Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will appear on your invoice page. By following the link you can track the progress of your order and upon delivery will show the name and signature of the recipient.

Receiving your Order

On the day of delivery you will receive a text message confirming your shipment. If you wish to change the delivery time or date, please contact the driver immediately. Failure to do so may result in your shipment being returned to the depot or our warehouse. All orders placed through Software.co.uk require a signature from the receiver.

For an order to ship on the same day the customer must

- Choose a product which is eligible for the guaranteed next working day service
- Place your order by 19:30
- Complete payment in full
- Enter a valid UK mainland address (Scottish Highlands excluded)

PLEASE NOTE: YOUR ONLY REMEDY UNDER THIS GUARANTEE WILL BE A REFUND OF THE DELIVERY FEES ASSOCIATED WITH THE ITEMS IN YOUR ORDER THAT ARE ELIGIBLE FOR EXPRESS DELIVERY. SOFTWARE.CO.UK WILL NOT, THEREFORE, BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGE (FOR EXAMPLE, SHOULD YOU PURCHASE THE PRODUCTS AT A HIGHER PRICE FROM ANOTHER RETAILER).
